How long has Blair Family Solutions been providing Behavioral Health
Services for Blair County Residents?
Blair Family Services was started in 2005 by Scott Lambert, MA, Licensed Psychologist. The services first started out as providing Therapy Services and support to a local group home. Shortly thereafter, our BHRS Program was established within Blair County. We expanded our services to include the Family Based Mental Health Services Program in 2006. The Outpatient Mental Services started in 2009.CSBBH – Est. 2014. Opened our clinic in 2017 adding psychiatric services. Recently added blended case management services est. 2019. We are always continuing to grow and expand to meet the needs of clients and residents in Blair County and surrounding counties.
Do you offer psychological evaluations?
We provide psychological evaluations for clients who are referred into our programs.
What insurance do you take?
We accept most major insurances for payment in the Outpatient Services as well as the Medical Assistance Cards. For questions regarding insurance issues related to Outpatient Services please submit questions on the Contact Us Tab of this website or call 944-9970.
We also accept Medical Assistance cards as payment for our BHRS and FBMHS Programs.

You can contact us by phone at (814) 944 9970. Our staff will gather some preliminary information about you and your reasons for seeking services. After processing your referral through the appropriate department, we will contact you to schedule your initial session.
To set up services online, just click on our “Contact Us” tab on the left of our website. You can provide us with contact information and a brief description of the reasons you are seeking services. The information is sent to us via our encrypted email system, in order to help protect your sensitive information. After forwarding the information to the appropriate department, we will contact you to set up your initial session.
